When the world descends into Anarchy a system takes over molding everyone into model citizens forced to obey the rules by “The Watch”. This new tyranny starts a violent revolution led by “The Unchained”. Blinded by their determination to take down the city, they've lost their moral ground and have become just as ruthless as their enemy. Anyone still alive cowers in fear of these two powers at war. A group of five young teenage survivors, Skito, Twitch, Butterfly, Polly, and Liam, plan to escape the crumbling city and seek refuge on the other side of the city limits.
